Aphlaire Return Policy

At Aphlaire, we offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Upon acceptance of your return, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please be aware that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue and correct it promptly.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day period to cancel or return your order for any reason, without providing a justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
